Isha Upa-yoga
A simple yet powerful set of practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. Upa-Yoga means "sub-yoga" or "pre-yoga." Within the human system, the energy flows along 72,000 pathways called nadis. At the joints, the nadis meet and form nodes, making the joints storehouses of energy.

Precautions
People with any injury/disease/artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing.
People with active hernia cannot do Advanced Upa-yoga.
Children must be taught very slowly and gently.
